How to Log In to PrayerConnect #
PrayerConnect uses passwordless authentication — instead of remembering a password, you receive a secure one-time passcode via email each time you log in.
Step-by-Step Login #
- Visit prayer.prayerconnect.church.
- Enter your email address in the login form.
- Click “Send Passcode”.
- Check your email for a message from PrayerConnect containing a 3-character passcode.
- Enter the passcode in the verification form (you can copy and paste it directly from the email).
- Click “Verify” to complete your login.
Session Details #
- Your login session lasts for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, you will need to log in again with a new passcode.
- Sessions are tied to your IP address for security — if your IP changes, you may need to log in again.
- Changing networks — If you connect to a VPN or switch networks (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile data) while logged in, your IP address may change and you will need to log in again. The system will automatically let you request a new passcode.
Troubleshooting #
- Didn’t receive the passcode email? Check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from PrayerConnect via Mailgun.
- Passcode not working? Passcodes expire after a short time. Request a new one by clicking “Send Passcode” again.
- Logged out unexpectedly? If you changed networks or connected to a VPN, your IP address may have changed. Simply log in again — the system will let you request a new passcode.
- Still can’t log in? Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with.
