Your Dashboard

Understanding Your Dashboard #

The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a complete overview of all your prayers, organized by their current status.

Prayer Sections #

Your prayers are grouped into three sections:

Active Prayers #

These are prayers that have been processed by the AI and are now live. If you chose to share them, they are visible on the Prayer Wall and through the Prayer Display.

Processing Prayers #

These prayers have been submitted but are still being processed by the AI. Processing usually takes just a few minutes.

Rejected Prayers #

These prayers were flagged by the content moderation system and require manual review by an administrator. This can happen if the AI detects potentially inappropriate content.

Color-Coded Prayer Cards #

Prayer cards are color-coded by type so you can identify them at a glance:

  • Light red — Emergency prayers (flagged as urgent)
  • Light blue — Shared prayers (visible to your community)
  • Light green — Normal prayers
  • Light yellow — Processing prayers (still being processed by the AI)
  • Light gray — Rejected prayers (flagged for review)

Each prayer card shows:

  • A preview of your prayer request text
  • The date the prayer was submitted
  • Status badges: URGENT (for emergency prayers) and SHARED (for sharable prayers)
  • Category tag badges, displayed as colored pills
  • A “Support with Prayer” button that links to the full prayer view, along with a prayer view count showing how many people have viewed and prayed for your request

Managing Your Prayers #

Click on any prayer card to open the View Prayer page. From there, you can:

  • Edit your prayer — Update the prayer request text, sharing settings, emergency flag, or organization assignments. Editing resubmits the prayer for AI processing, so a new prayer will be generated.
  • Delete your prayer — Permanently remove the prayer from your Dashboard, the Prayer Wall, and all displays. A confirmation dialog will appear before deletion.
  • View Map — See an interactive map of where your shared prayer has been viewed around the world.

Search and Filters #

Use the search bar at the top of the Dashboard to find specific prayers:

  • Keyword search — Filter prayers by prayer request text
  • Date range — Use the “From” and “To” date pickers to filter by when a prayer was submitted
  • Click Search to apply filters, or Clear to reset them

Downloading Your Prayers #

You can download all of your prayers using the Download button at the top of the Dashboard. Two formats are available:

  • CSV — A spreadsheet-compatible file with columns for date, prayer request, generated prayer, status, sharing, emergency, and tags. Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
  • JSON — A structured data file with export metadata and a full prayer array. Useful for developers or data analysis tools.

Downloaded files include a timestamp in the filename (e.g., my-prayers-2026-03-25.csv) to prevent conflicts when downloading multiple times on different days.

Prayer Stats #

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you can see your prayer statistics:

  • Total Views — How many times your shared prayers have been viewed
  • Unique Locations — How many different cities your prayers have been viewed from
  • Shared Prayers — How many of your prayers are marked as sharable
  • Active Prayers — How many processed, active prayers you have
  • Most Viewed Prayers — Your top 3 prayers by view count
  • Top Viewing Locations — The top 5 cities/countries where your prayers are being viewed

Pagination #

Each section shows 10 prayers per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of each section to navigate through your prayers. Prayers are sorted with the newest first.
